Hello, friends!

I’m sending out a burst of gratitude — like a brilliant, glowing star — to all of the magnificent women who joined me for my Energetic Spring Cleaning and Yoga workshop this weekend.  Special and extra love and gratitude for my friend and yoga teacher Terry.

I had so much fun!   Thank you for letting me share myself with you — and thank you for sharing yourselves with me.  When souls, hearts and minds connect together, great, deep magic can happen.  And I feel like it did!
