So . . . fear and mirrors.  I’m finding these showing up everywhere and with everyone these days.  Especially me.  And, I’m finding myself judging.  Yet another mirror!  It can get like a fun-house full of side-by-side mirrors, arranged at angles so that you can see yourself from all sides all at once.  It can be confusing and disorienting.  And frustrating!

It’s important to be aware and patient with ourselves.  Notice what is uncomfortable and be willing to delve into it, knowing that in a short time we can be rid of the discomfort.  So important to resist judging — ourselves and others.  Because, of course, what we see in others is actually that part of ourselves that is making itself known.

I can look outward and see someone who is fearful of the economy and of the future and think, “Trust that good things are coming to you.  Stay focused on what you want and don’t try to control the future.  Act with integrity and honor your truth.  Expect to be blessed and you’ll be surrounded by blessings.  Focus on sharing your highest striving with others and don’t worry about what is happening around you.”

The angels keep assuring me that everything is in perfect design, that everything is lining up perfectly, that there is nothing to worry about.  This truly is a time of shifting energies and vibrations.  Good things are coming, big openings are presenting themselves.

The old is falling away.  Old patterns, thoughts, expectations and behaviors.  The falling away can be tough.  It can really test your resolve — do you *really* want the new?

Ooh, that’s a big ego trick — just as you’re strengthening yourself for the new, this little sliver of doubt speaks up.  Are you *sure*?  What if you’re *wrong*?  What if you give up everything and there’s nothing coming for you?

The fear!  So I approach that sort of fear with myself and with my clients by finding some of the root cause of it.  Is there something in the past that’s contributing to the fear of failure, poverty, illness, violence?  Did we once cause those things for someone else?  Are there memories, are there forgiveness opportunities?  I clear those things using the Yuen Method — it’s fast and powerful.

Then the angels come into the conversation and spread their peace and love.  They tell us not to worry about anything.  To love ourselves and each other.  To see the magnificence within ourselves and each other.  To treat each other royally and nobly.  They say these times are like a whale flopping over onto its back in the ocean.  It’s a lot of motion — a big disturbance — an overturning.  But soon the leviathan will turn itself right again, invigorated by its tricks and go on frolicking in the sea.

Of course, you don’t want to be riding on the whale’s back at that very moment — you want to be safe off to the side to watch the beauty.  This is a message of non-attachment.  Let go of needing to ride on the whale and do your own gliding and swimming.  Don’t be attached to what the markets, the economy, the corporations are doing — stay focused on who you are, what you want your life to be about and how to express that in its fullest in each moment.

But, please don’t judge yourself when you don’t.  Notice the mirrors around you, love them and make your adjustments.  Love and forgive.
