Although I’m a vinyasa junkie, ashtanga yoga is my true love.  I love, love, love ashtanga yoga.  It’s just so well designed and I feel so good, good, good when I’ve done it.  Yum, yum, yum.

And, vinyasa’s fun too.  I’m almost done with my training and I’m thinking how fun it would be to do a goddess / yoga workshop and incorporate some belly dancing moves into a vinyasa yoga class.  How fun would that be??  Would you come?
